Don't go with all the fake paid google review. You will not find a single negative review which you should think 100% times before joining. Family run business by Bert and Finn. CCTV and micro management watching every movement like Big Boss TV show. It is better to get admitted in Mental Hospital rather working here. Atleast MentalHospital people will treat us like human beings. No salary hike. No Job security. No insurance. No Benefits. Tip: If joined with no options left, keep long distance from the oldest employees of the company. As they are the biggest Chatus of the organisation. It seems that Excis started incentivizing feedback and hence there are few positive reviews, else it would need intoxication to provide positive review for this company (can be called as a trap as well)

Almost everything right from micromanagement (checking employees thru CCTV as well as hacking in to their systems to check the work being done) seriously it's an extremely sick leadership team who only believes in harassment, politics, bias and lot more that can be mentioned here
