1. Stringent enforcement, implementing a rigorous approach to punctuality and time mgmt. 2. Dress code, being in formals is compulsary mon- thursday. 3. Limited professional growth opprtunities, irrespective of experince and merit we have though coming from outside. 4. Limited Possiblilites for maintataing a healthy work life balance 5. Taking our available leaves also very challenging, 6. I hope as of now i havent felt anything which i havent like in my work experince , but as we know we are into the sales when we have low market we need to extend our work time that too not for the more time but its not an hectic if you are really like your job definatly you wont feel any pressure at that moment
