Leadership is more interested in appearances than actual results. It's disheartening to see HR act more like a secretary for project managers than a true human resource team.

They didn’t even bother to check my background, and now I'm facing unfair treatment. How is this acceptable? They issue experience letters without regard for how they treat their employees. It's hypocritical.
