Dear Reviewer, Thank you for the feedback, we are already working on improving the work life balance at the work place as result of what you have shared here with us. We do acknowledge the last few months were hard but at the same time, this was also a result of how much freedom we had provided our employees at the workplace. This resulted in critical delays to important projects and we had no choice but to work round the clock to ensure that our clients were rewarded for their trust in us. As a result of this learning, we have been able to introduce, new robust processes that now help us identify performance issues in time and allow us to mitigate the possible impact of this on our project teams. We are also working towards bringing other employee centric initiatives that will further enhance the work experience of all our employees. We are sorry to hear that you had problems with the relocation costing, all employees are provided relocation assistance in line with industry standards, which includes visa, air tickets, rental assistance and assistance in helping employee families relocate as well. However, we promise to look into the process and audit it for any shortcomings and improve it as we progress.
