Negative environment,no facilities from company side to their employers,no team work.they will ask to stretch after Office timing's n never pay for that..no salary dates,rules and regulations vary person to person.if you will ask them for notice period they will not give to any salary of 2months and at the end will blame you so that they don't need to pay you anything..
