Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

one major problem I am facing is the local language which I am not aware at all but the staff are really very good. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.

The job is quite interesting! I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.

There is nothing an experienced person can like in that company. It is a family run business who micro manages their employees. The salary they offer especially fixed salary is very less. Their variable component is 30 Percent of our salary and they divide it in all months. If target is not acheived you wil not get anything. The offer letter claims a big package. They make us fool. Secondly it's an organisation for freshers and a school like environment. You have Christian prayer every day . There are all religions working and they were not religion tolerant.
