My experience working under tech lead has been quite negative.His leadership style is often rude and dismissive,creating an environment where team members feel under valued and unsupported. he tends to speak down to the team making it seem as though we are working for him personally rahter than for the company. I found that no one in the company has been supportive in addressing these issues

During my time at this company, I noticed several issues that made it a challenging place to work. There was no proper work-life balance, which led to frequent burnout. The team hierarchy was unclear and ineffective, and micromanagement was a constant problem. Additionally, the lack of a proper workflow created confusion and inefficiencies.
