Nothing to like about this company , only the salary comes on time

There is no work life balance , the HR management is really bad , i have seen atleast 10 people leaving the company in one month , if they don’t like you for some reason , they will not see how you are performing or not , they will keep irritating you and will ask for the resignation, they are open to hear the suggestion but only dowat they want to do , they don’t work systematically like the other brands work and the policies are really bad . Comp is not eco frndly for employees they will throw u out when they feel u r expensive for the organization they will poke u every day no Hierarchy for seniors they will suck u day by day better to move on to any other organization . They pay onely month of march salry.and through the people without any notice mostely people suffer who are in prohibition period

Kazo gave me opertunity to work as a store manager. They gave me chance to be store manager only this thing is good about kazo they give opertunity to begineers.

Company is gud but lack of growth and learnings. They do not have any peoples development program. And not any focuss on peoples. Pressure is just for name.

Company’s merchchandising Team is really supportive , products are good .

Dislikes

salary package is decent, growth is very slow , they will not appreciate your idea . ASM use to do politics , junior level staffs are very unprofessional and they don’t have manners how to work like a team , and yes you will not get revert on your whatsapp message or emails as well . FNF process is pathetic .

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3.
