I personally learnt so many things at Navlin Data team. I worked for around 2 years there, but I really enjoyed my time. I think the review given above is a complete personal opinion as it does not apply to all the employes worked there. All the operational managers and team leads in Navlin Data are better than many other places andI would say you would actually feel friendly working along with them. Compared to my previous experience, it was really nice. People should not share reviews based on personal grudges. It should always be about professional environment. Overall company should increase the standard with the salaries offered. Management should really need to work on the internal politics which hamper the growth and work.

They can fire you anytime behind the facade of restructuring. Manager will keep you in the dark till the last moment. Use and throw approach. Career growth is next to none. Few others I knew had been laid off in a day's notice. Worst company to work for. If you want to endanger your future then please do join this company, else it is not worthy.

Terrible, NAVLIN Data should be skipped by everyone who applies here, There is not a single benefit to work here, No Work Life Balance, No leaves, No Work Exposure, 90 Day Notice which cannot be bought out, Every Day is a struggle here and I don't believe there is a single person who wants to stay employed here for a long time

Overall very bad experience. Those who have with growth and stability career do not join this company. Eversana has not stable company. Internal teams made politics, team members very scared to share process knowledge, specially finance team is very pathetic. I have worked experience bigger companies but this was worst experience.
