- Even if u work late night also, the next day you have to be in the office at 9.30 otherwise they will cut your salary - The employee health insurance scheme is a scam, no one ever got any claims so far A bunch of oldies who missed the bus from the 80s are running the show - pure arrogance and no respect - They can ask you to leaveon a fine morning without even having an official communication - The Super boss is a thin-skinned person, even if u give suggestions it can hurt his ego. 1. Work culture is super toxic with expectations like working over time and on weekends without being compensated in any manner whatsoever. 2. Salary deductions even if you are 10 minutes late. Genuine reasons are also not considered. Official timings are 9:30 to 6, but you will end up being stuck up in office till 8-9 (sometimes even till 10:30-11) because of work. 3. No wfh even in dire circumstances -- medical emergency. You either come to the office and work or have your salary deducted for the days you cannot travel to office.
