I have been working at Everstar Equipment full-time as an accounts assistant. Nice people to work with, continuously trained, team work, customers respects you because the company has a really good reputation, Managers competent and helpful at anytime. Amazing people, Amazing team, everyone is so kind and helpful, provide me with training in order for me to be able to do my role as best as i can.

I have been working at Everstar Equipment Rentals full-time as an accounts assistant, Maintain accounts receivables and payables. All general entries of payables, receivables & GL accounts. Prepare & process invoices & depositing cheques into the bank

Guys I am in PIP and feeling stressed all days

I had fight with code reviewer he is from other team he is just arrogant and he complains to my manager , The manager gives wrong and negative feedback though I am technically sound , but got released by from the project by the manager After that I got new project it was only 2 month I done all most all work got spot award also for this by working more than 12 hours . Because of this overwork I am feeling stressed and new project is coming to me and they just asking me about justification for all 1 Guys I am in pip but new manager said(may be choclate to employee) we will retain you by giving good feedback 2 All people in the company want to take me in projects but asking me justification for pip 3.Working more than 12 hours every day and also attending late night calls I am stressed out every day with working hours and also the justification given to others lot of politics happening . Mentally draining with no patner in my life to share this who can understand this and guid .
