Salary Delays: for more than a year employees were forced to work with consistent salary delays of 2-3 months 2.Termination without pending salaries : May employees were terminated without being paid for 3 months pending salaries 3. PF not deposited to Govt: For the salary paid months , they have deducted PF from employees but didnt deposit to Govt, EPFO 4.Income Tax misrepresentation : The company falsely reported full salary payment to IT dept, even though they have not paid full salary 5. The management & their close coordination every time in addressing clients needs. When ever required they explain tough things in simple manner to address and supports where and when required

Dislikes

Same as above. When management has been involved in addressing all the things b driving employee, the lazy people has taken that for granted, which leads to lazy ness for the team OR ditch to the management. I am the right example for this !!!
