Salary Delays: for more than a year employees were forced to work with consistent salary delays of 2-3 months 2.Termination without pending salaries : May employees were terminated without being paid for 3 months pending salaries 3. PF not deposited to Govt: For the salary paid months , they have deducted PF from employees but didnt deposit to Govt, EPFO 4.Income Tax misrepresentation : The company falsely reported full salary payment to IT dept, even though they have not paid full salary 5.
