Great place to start one's career. Regular trainings and workshop's enable employee to enhance their skill nd knowledge. Work from home kind job is beneficial due to Covid situation. They have great company policies such as maternity policy to empower female employees. salary is always on time and extra working days are also paid.

Dislikes

Nothing much to dislike, But yes there is high work pressure which disturbs work-life balance. The questions are as per US universities curriculum and high daily targets forces one to work beyond shift hours.

I joined here as subject matter expert in 2020 and was authoring question then currently I am working as quality analyst. my job is to analyze the pre-authored questions and to maintain quality of the questions as per the project guidelines.

The working hours are flexible, team leads are understanding and empathetic, the compensation is received timely, and the management is very supportive during times of hectic schedules and work overload.

Dislikes

The training team needs to be more proactive and train new authors and employers with diligence as during transference into new work setting, confusion and burden might take a toll on everyone working in the team.
