Great team! An open door concept is truely followed. Flexible hours and you have a say on your shift timings. Environment is overall positive.

Dislikes

Since its a small company still, nothing is online. Everything is done on paper. I had more visits to the post office in two months than I had in my entire life combined. Even the littlest monthly document have to be sent via speed post.

Evelyn Company is good company, I happy to work with them office environment is excellent, And i like this thing of Evelyn company that the company celebrates every joyful moments like Birthday celebration, New year, Diwali, Christmas, Holi. I like my organization because of its 5 days working culture and flexibility of taking week off. Further, in my designation I get to learn and stay in touch with my studies and concepts.

Most of the times I need to stretch my working hours beyond 9 hrs. And its more or less unavoidable because as the content writing is a new professional zone, it lacks a structure of operation so that the employees get a bit exhausted over and over.
