If you are preparing for some government exam, then only there is any meaning to work in this profile. Zero career growth and no skill development at all. Work culture is good, seniors are helping. worst experience ever faced, they say they will provide incentives and also increments, but nothing was made and also targets were hypothetical and terms and condition were so rough that it almost made impossible to achieve it there is no job security at all, the team lead of business was not at all qualified to run the team. In more than 1-year o of experience, this is not a place you work to look forward to your growth, they basically will exploit you, by sweet-talking. they even asked to purchase laptops with ss because f slow processing after work tracking software was introduced, but when asked that company must provide a laptop from its side, they backed off and ordered that you must arrange a laptop anyhow by a particular date or your job will be at risk, How a person earning 18 to 20k per month is supposed to get a 40k laptop with SSD. And at last, the management will never be yours They told that they will send someone on PIP after immediate complaint but even after making several complaints again team leader no action was taken and slowly all employees were sent off from the company slowly who made complaints because of petty and minor mistakes....Read More
