Great learning curve! Supportive seniors and if you are eager to learn, than you would definitely learn. A formal training happens before the onboarding, where you will get the opportunity to connect with the senior leadership team, and that's really an amazing experience.

I hated working with this person named J@gadi$h H_e_g_d_e. No mindset of a manger, no etiquette of a manager.He believes that working till 2am will make you a CEO.Always under pressure,puts down his frustration to his subordinates.You will hate to work under him or with him.

Top management is not understand ground reality they came from sales and they are thinking service is also same like sales only but both are different they have to understand, service is like a small baby for growing it Will take time not like a sales , starting store and sales started
