Great learning curve! Supportive seniors and if you are eager to learn, than you would definitely learn. A formal training happens before the onboarding, where you will get the opportunity to connect with the senior leadership team, and that's really an amazing experience.

Top management is not understand ground reality they came from sales and they are thinking service is also same like sales only but both are different they have to understand, service is like a small baby for growing it Will take time not like a sales , starting store and sales started

Low salary and not fix salary and there new system call not connect with the customer If it's connect customer check and ignore the call because it's call from the company we will call many times then customer pic the call I think it's a waste

Plz do not join Eureka Forbes now.DON'T. A lot mess up happening inside the organisation.Dont fall into the trap by seeing the name of Eureka Forbes. Work life balance is worst. You need to attend meet or Zoom call at morning 8am , and you need to attend even late Evening.There is no week off ideally from lower to higher management.Even working on restricted holiday like Sunday, even in May day. 1 Rating is not also enough for EFL.
