Worst job in my career. Every time you have to busy with system.

They are belive in online system KPI. Forced to follow it, they are not believing in customer site visit , application and on time service. So end of the day you lost your relationship with customers. You are not satisfied with your work .

I like nothing about Eureka forbes. So much pressure. Seniors don't behave well.

No Support as such when you don't have business they throw you from the company without any advance intimation.

Dislikes

Too much politics and not entertain new generation engineer. Old staff is not ready to take new commerce and change the sales person every year. They have distributor but still do the direct business. No ethics found in their culture.

Company work is not good they are more interested to play politics compare to get the business. Not interested to do business in special industrial water division.

As I am living Legend of this company all time top performance in my career this company had not give me my hardcore money. EPF, Salary, other benefits. Because my Bosses want to spoil my career.
