These all due to bad mind set by immediate bosses in specially sales line management. Old generation peoples to be replaced by new gen and young team.otherwise all companies will not go long run.need top level managers to be work in same market as executives works in a month.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3.
