they dont treat employees with respect, they are running family business here, they dont pay salary for months and shout on employees for doing hard work. this company will ruin your career please think and sign the offer letter. the worst person here is the COO she wont let the company go forward nor the employees.

You don't know when they will remove you. Very poor work life balance. Salary payout is not on 1st of every month its 10th of every month.
