Company culture is really good here we have different teams for agents and different teams for IT development, please don't confuse with Agents feedback on company rating it is good for IT development if you are thinking to join you will get best of both worlds

People stay here just because of incentives.

Dislikes

Incentives pattern keeps on changing each month. IJP is Biggest Scam it can only be given to internally. Job security is less if you cannot handle pressure they will say you bye bye. Staying here, the politics, work environment, increment incentives getting downgrading day by day. Only recommended to someone who play really well politics game.

Only salary was a nice perk, however they have started to use unfairly tricks to cut down on incentives so basically do not believe the lies the HR tells you.

Not employee centric... No job security and the management only has one mind Hire and Fire, hence even you have given more than 03 years in the company and if for any reason you are not meeting your targets be ready to be fired.. Toxic culture and worst management, please do not join if you want job safety and are thinking about family future.

Team leaders are politicians. In case of leaves or appraisals or even promotions. Chamas and chatus have preference. No discipline on floor at all .
