Since it's a fast growing start-up - there are lot of opportunities for oneself to explore that's good , but since everyday is more of an adventure ride - there will be lot of challenges too, what ever we plan for the day to complete with respect to the work planned might get prolonged for the next day, which I am not happy with..

I have been working from 1 months here, until so far I already seen this will be my best company in my carrier, The work ethics, work life balance, supporting team, so far so good. And the higher management is giving us the freedom to do the works. When ever i felt low i will reach our CEO G S Raju sir, and sir always motivates us to do the work perfectly.
