We read your review and are surprised to note the false allegations made.. But, we understand when an employee gets terminated he/she can get very hostile. We were patient all along with your gossip, politics, and lack of work ethic. We would like to remind you of the incidents that led to your termination: An employee who was working along with you at ETOE approached you to start a business by stealing our ideas. You however did not bring it to our attention (You even kept saying it was not wrong), which is unethical and clearly shows a lack of integrity and violates our founding principles and values. You were asked not to share the company-related information with ex-employees, But you chose to ignore our request and repeatedly kept doing so. You even lied and said you were not in contact with her until you were caught red-handed. This was a breach of trust. We would also like to highlight how you twisted facts and regularly blamed your colleagues and put them in tough situations, thereby creating teamwork issues and turning the environment very toxic !! You advised one of our employees, a colleague of yours to leave the organization without intimating the management. She wisely chose otherwise and brought it to our notice. This is working against the company’s interest which again violates the company principles. Hence, it surprises us that for all these months that you have worked with us, not once did you bother to highlight any of these issues and concerns, but only thought of bringing them up after you were terminated. We admit that we made one mistake by giving you too many chances and expecting you to change. We are proud of our Leadership, Culture and Values and will continue to do so, however, we will not tolerate the people who are a threat to the culture and purpose.
