The management is completely focused on its employees and the product. The goal and vision of the company is so well aligned with the services offered by the company. The support and guidance from the top level management is extremely great which creates a huge learning environment.

Dislikes

Being a new company there is lots of learning and understanding of the market that needs to be done.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
