It was my dream job with great learning experience. Multicultural working environment which helped a lot in growing with a great experience Amazing company in terms of taking care of employees.

Dislikes

Although great experience but for food and beverage manager position there was very few growth options. Rest was amazing !

I LIKE THE ENVIRONMENT MY COLLEAGUES WHO SUPPORTED ME . DURING LOCK DOWN THEY ME SALARY FOR 2 MONTHS BUT AFTER DEDUCTION. BUT UNFORTUNATELY I LOST MY JOB AND AS PER THE GOVT RULE I HEARD TILL WE STAY HERE THEY PROVIDE US THE HOUSING ALLOWANCE. BUT AS I SEND THEM AN EMAIL THERE IS NO REPLY.

REGARDING SALARY THERE WAS NO INCREASE SINCE 2013.

I LOVED WORKING WITH ETIHAD AIRWAYS AND IT WAS A GREAT PLEASURE TOO. ALSO I COULD LEARN SO MANY DIFFERENT THINGS AND MANY OPERATIONS REGARDING AIRLINES AND AIRPORT.

1.Line Managers are blindly believed by the management and biased. 2. The water need to be tested rather than believing blindly. 3. HR should conduct periodic feedback about the well being and the welfare of the staff. 4. Shuffling of Regional Managers should be a recurring process at least every three years.
