Likes

The people and especially the founder is a really patient person. That attitude seeps down to the managers and eventually the rest of the team.

Dislikes

After the initial 1 year of being a fresher in the industry, the work tends to get very monotonous. Learning opportunities become fewer and work load spikes up

Work-life balance - Poor

Work Details

It's good initially but gets monotonous few years down the line. However, the managers and the founder is a very calm and patient guy.

Work days: Alternate Saturday off (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within City.

By applying these lessons, I've been able to thrive in a remote work environment.
