The project I worked was worst. I joined and without proper KT asked to work. More work pressure. Within few months i saw many people got laid off from 12-15 members team. Even I got Laid off for no reason. If you are looking for job security. This is definitly not a place to search. I joined here thinking same.

I didn't liked anything about ETeam and would suggest please check reviews of ETeam and do never join this organization. Its highly unsafe and unprofessional organization. Also they dnt bother about ur safety neither your hard earned money. Request you to if you value for your family and urself n ur career, never think to join this org.

Unprofessionalism, unethical practices also ur salary is been kept on hold as they dnt value the time n money of yours.

A lot of work pressure . 5-6 meeting every day a lot of time waste of employee. Wasting time in meetings work load meeting No job security But as per banks in India this company comes under diamond level . Good reputation

Unnecessary work pressure. The director expects that the whole team is available 2hrs after the shift ends and often meetings arranged by him are at 6 or 6.30 in the morning and we all are r expected to be available. Absolute no work life balance. Very dirty company politics. Management hires and fires employees without any solid reason. I was hired as permanent WFH employee but asked to report to office within 2 weeks, and the VP said that what's written in the offer letter has zero value and that we can tear the offer letter and throw it in the dustbin....Read More

There is nothing to like it's a corrupt culture, management is very poor and they treat employees like animals, They are just greedy hungry hounds blaming recruiters for everything and no one is listening to these poor recruiters.

Dislikes

Team leader and Account Managers repeatedly keep cursing recruiter for PIP or Termination. There is no one they can ask for help even their HR also is biased by them. Don't ever join Eteam they will make you sick as they are and finally you will quit like lot of people with nice humour done.

I didn't like anything about the company as work culture here is worst. And also they don't care about employees. Layoff is very common here.

Work culture. Pressure. The pressure will be created automatically by seeing people layed off infront of you. If you guys create pressure like this thinking people will work more harder than you are totally wrong. Instead people will not able to focus thinking when their time might come. If employee is not happy then don't expect their work will be with quality.
