No Job Security and work ethics. Only join if you are a fresher. Senior HR Lady is the worst I have ever seen in any company. No manners to talk to any of the employees. No work life balance. Lot's of Politics. Some highly incompetent manager would always make you a scapegoat for any thing. Only great thing is that working extra is compensated off. Due to this all the freshers are sitting in the office even without no work.

Dislikes

No job security. Nothubg good to learn. Not good for experienced people. Only join if you are a fresher and want to gain some experience. No work life balance at all.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss.
