You have to work for them even you have corona. They can make you work 36 hours . You will definately not get your full and final and last salary. The project manager Rahul here will treat you like his slave and will talk in rude way and he even dont know the project functionality and speak like he knows everything. Worst company for CMMI 5 LEVEL

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. I had a challenging experience working at Espire, The management was very unprofessional and rude, Senior management evenly behave like street vendors, they don’t have work ethics. Salary payment were often delays, even Full and final settlement takes months, even a work environment involved a lot of unnecessary struggle. No job security. They expect even developer to do sales to client.
