Job security is 100 percent they will try to retain teachers . Work life balance is good just work for 6 hours a day .

Dislikes

When they hire a teacher either you have to Keep your Original certificates as deposit or one months salary and sign a contract for 2 years . Since i was working in one of the Franchise in HYD it was pathetic lot of groupism. The school got closed and our deposit money has gone, head office is not intervening franchise owner is not giving money and we are stuck .
