I like d most about cpg is you can learn in different directions and environment is really nice and u can express yourself

Doing a challenging job for the firm i have to approach the client for his enquiry and then design the parameters for the fullfledge cement plant and the prepare a proposal and help the management to bid for the same by preparing the pre sales estimates.

It is good company for freshers only.for freshers it is no better carrier option to start this.because freshers get the chance to learn complex machieries , drawings & technical solution.

Company Hr policy is too worse , they are always trying to hire with legal bonds 3 year before 3 year it is difficult to leave, no water facility , no washroom facility, they giving max salary 15000/month .it is just like lala ki dukan.

Management of owner level best. Spacially Service Director of electrical Automation & Company MD are doing at their best level. Manager level Mr. Arshad Rana sir is very cooperative & helping nature. Colleagues are very cooperative & helping nature.
