I was in inspection department... All was good the colleagues and seniors was very much helpful but the only thing is tha our boss was not helpfull...all time depreciation was comming from the higher management side....they don't know anything they are doing business and playing with the career of early age students...that's why it h as been blacklisted from one of the renowned college....Read More

Very bad pathetic work culture..... Management not good especially. M..a A.....l and L...a D.s., both of them destroying the life of the employees... No job security, salary nort credited on time. It is my kind reuest that not to join ESKAPS.

Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
