I was in inspection department... All was good the colleagues and seniors was very much helpful but the only thing is tha our boss was not helpfull...all time depreciation was comming from the higher management side....they don't know anything they are doing business and playing with the career of early age students...that's why it has been blacklisted from one of the renowned college.

Dislikes

Very bad pathetic work culture..... Management not good especially. M..a A.....l and L...a D.s., both of them destroying the life of the employees... No job security, salary nort credited on time. It is my kind reuest that not to join ESKAPS.

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. People are working here for many years. It is a right place for people who wants to learn and work hard.
