Partiality between permanent and contract doctors. Permanent doctors take multiple leaves , won't do any holiday duties , doesn't even work when in hospital, but nobody questions. Max work is done by contract doctors

Good work environment and culture. Team mates are supportive and the management is transparent.

Dislikes

There is lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is recent but career growthis slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resgin. On the job training is not given to new joinees

The job is quite interesting I struggle abit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.
