(iv)Cleanliness towards the upkeep of our offices and office records. 3.Expansion of the Scheme to new areas and new sectors of employment. 4.Developing potential skills and positive human relations (through Training and interaction among all involved in the Scheme.) 5.Usher in changes in delivery mechanisms by making the Administration of Health Care delivery more accountable and cost effective. 6.To build mutually beneficial linkages between ESI Hospitals and other reputed public and private hospitals to provide a complete range of medical services to our clients (stakeholders). 7.To ensure optimum utilization of infrastructures of Hospitals and Dispensaries and opening up of spare capacity to nonI.Ps on user charges. 8.Introduce greater flexibility in the provision of health care social security benefits to employees.
