Work hours are fixed, good salary

Dislikes

Partiality between permanent and contract doctors. Permanent doctors take multiple leaves , won't do any holiday duties , doesn't even work when in hospital, but nobody questions. Max work is done by contract doctors

Administration is not really nice and upmost senior are not helpful at all Insult and shaming is common in this hospital

Relaxed job as far as senior residencies go. Fixed working hours (9-3) in a competitive field (surgery) was a big plus.Decent hands on in elective cases as well.

Dislikes

Highly litigation / complaint prone. Poor security at the hospital combined with sometimes ultra agressive patient attendants does not help at all. No supervised training.

My department, the blood bank has the best staff of the hospital. I love them all and we are like a family. But there is so much politics and sadist at the top that they have separated us all. It was such a stable and an efficient department but because of personal grudges of some, they ruined the department.

Dislikes

The campus is so bad and so is the hospital. The cafeteria is bad. So much politics going on in the hospital that it's made it the worst hospital in the city.

Esic Noida has a good footfall of patients making it ideal for handling different kind of cases and a good obgyn team where all sorts of procedures are done,including hysterectomies vaginoplasty and grade 2 and 3 laparoscopic surgeries.

Dislikes

I was located little far so commute was difficult especially at odd hours for emergencies.
