There is no work culture in ESDS. Management is not present in ESDS- if you know anyone in ESDS then you can join the company even if are not eligible for the post. Like in SAP team if you know Purushottam Aher then he will take you in his Team, even if you don't know SAP, any skills like OS or you are not able to speak good English.. The biggest joke is Puru is not SAP-certified he done B.A. from distance education. Company policies are totally in hands of Managers, if you are good with your managers then you can avail all the policies....Read More

Politics and partiality are high in ESDS. I guarantee if anyone will take the interview of SAP Team, VP, AVP then they won't be pass in technical, interviews.

in terms of training and skill development ESDS is very good. They provides different certification every month. Celebrates all the festivals in office

Dislikes

Everything is awesome here, except over time allowance is not given also sometime need to work on weekends and holidays that too without any additional pay. Usually 9 hours shift but takes 11-12 hrs that too without any extra pay.

Appraisal and promotions are not yet done since from last two years. Conducting exams to test the skills even after 10+ years of experience and based on the result of exams employees get the PIP. And the questions asked in the exam are irrelevant.
