No checks on Lead Manager to counter their personal biasedness. Some of them are taking huge advantages just to fuel their egoes. Management doesn't take any actions on their top leads (Senior Managers), not even after multiple and repetative complaints by the suborinates. For me, Escalon is not a only workplace for me while its an exceptional accounting firm, delivering a supportive and balanced work environment that truley values its employees. Its allow me as well all employee to thrive both professionally and personally. Along with profession, Escalon socially conscious, actively considering and addressing social issues. such as Assisting NGO's, Employee welfare, Nature, Mental peace and fitness. I don't think there will be any dislike. There is work pressure but without work pressure work pressure we don't learn. 3 WFH allowed in month.
