For me, Escalon is not a only workplace for me while its an exceptional accounting firm, delivering a supportive and balanced work environment that truley values its employees. Its allow me as well all employee to thrive both professionally and personally. Along with profession, Escalon socially conscious, actively considering and addressing social issues. such as Assisting NGO's, Employee welfare, Nature, Mental peace and fitness. The Team is supportive and encourages innovation, which makes it a great please to share idea and grow professionally. I also appreciate the focus on work life balance and the commitment to helping clients succeed. I really enjoy the collaborative environment at Escalon.

I don't think there will be any dislike. There is work pressure but without work pressure work pressure we don't learn. 3 WFH allowed in month.

No checks on Lead Manager to counter their personal biasedness. Some of them are taking huge advantages just to fuel their egoes. Management doesn't take any actions on their top leads (Senior Managers), not even after multiple and repetative complaints by the suborinates. While a junior can be fired by a mere fake allegation of anysort. Misbhave is being weaponized by those leads where they don't have to prove anything to revenge against their pawns....Read More
