It's job security and to some extent the behavior of the owner towards the employees.

1. Terrible Management 2. Terrible Seniors in terms of sharing knowledge with the juniors. I guess they fill insecure about their jobs. 3. No learning and forget about skill enhancement. 4. Stupid Logics 5. Patialities at best.

Working with eSageIT Services has been a good experience. They have an experienced Team Managers for every vetical to help the team grow in terms of knowledge and provides adequate training support. Appraisal are never delayed unless and until the employee has a drawback where he/she needs improvement.
