Esaf is the best organisation ever I've seen. that was my first job..they give me opportunity to do this..I've learnt many things specially how to communicate with customer....how to manage all system...and specially esaf gave me respectful life....and etc....

Esaf Bank is Promoting IIBF Certifications which candidate can qualify and claim for incentives which is much higher than actual exam fees.

HR policies is the worst. Hike and promotion is only for name sake. If you put your papers you will get your FnF after 3.5 months months with notice period of 2 months. There many policies like this which will hamper your growth, learning and financial planning. Also they will not pay your performance bonus even if it is written on your offer letter, as they think its bank's discretion. Don't join ESAF save your money and career.
