ESAF is such an organization who does have very bad & slow Management. People either from HR, ADMIN, and other departments are not highly skilled even you can say they are not sound minded, does know their work, co-partner of existing subordinates either wife or husband. Just for doing the job they joined in the position of either HR or ADMIN where they're highly unskilled for their role and owing to this company employee gets affected. When I joined here neither the HR nor ADMIN department was active since 5Yrs back the same story runs. Another point is casteism here Bengolis seniors prefer Bengolies guys even though they don't know anything about the subject and most of the time they're doing buttering rather than the assigned work. I am highly embarrassed to join such a bad organization where organization's grievance department even unable to answer that why they had stopped my salary where I worked the whole month via good business or client satisfaction. I personally do not recommend it to join anyone to spoil their career with ESAF because the inner management is too bad and they're highly scared about to give your query answer....Read More
