No promotion Salary very less compared to market standards. Night allowance is same since many years Politics everywhere. Only boot lickers get good ASR and promotion. Almost nill increament. Goals are very tough every year but ASR and ratings are nothing compared to that

HR policy are very poor, Management Supports poor , Managers are rude & making bad environment in team . promotions are depend on manager hand therefore they are taking advantage , favoritism on the peak , women are disrespected & judges by their collogues & mangers too.

Salary on time but it is very less as we have to work more than 12-13 hours daily .

Mana ATT projects are really painful for all modeler. Any time ericsson can fire, No increment no promotion Only donkey work Who give hard work,he has to work more without any apraisal.
