No work life balance, managers are pathetic, plus management don’t help anyone. Working from last 2 years. Company is closed on Saturday’s but they take work from us and didn’t pay any single penny. No appraisal, plus no work satisfaction as managers only have negative comments on your work. Overall not a good place to work.
