Useless work, kind of picnic spot, if you dont like to work hard, this is the place.
highly political environment, your work will not be acknowledged if you are not a "Yes Sir" kind of person. Work life balance is good as the work is almost nil and the assignments are least mind engaging. You get paid for writing mails, abusing other teams, and top of all, you are a perfect man if you know how to use Whatsapp groups.
Most boring and erratic as people lacks "Respect, Professionalism and perseverance" .Irony is that these 3 are company values.

No transparency and unethical approach of senior leadership team.
Politics is most dominating in Ericsson. Hardly matters your tenure and performance. Employees closure to management are taken care irrespective of their performance. No transparency in appraisals, rating and hikes are given in Excel sheet and no use of IPM tool.
I was managing transmission as my last project in Ericsson. 24x7 availability to maintain network. No holidays and no additional payout.

Full of racism and discrimination towards India
Local management cannot take stand. No respect for legal working hours and personal time of employees in india. Different policy for India that still smells of colonial discrimination and racism. You cannot call field engineer in UK 1 minute before or after their shift but Indian employees are exploited and don’t even get rest on weekends. india employees are made to work 12-14 hours a day. Management is terrible and focusing to get work on 100 by 20 in india without any working automation or efficient process. Overdoing feminism at cost of hard-working male employees. Good for nothing and laid-back, females get easy, increments and promotions, but the hard-working and deserving male employees get nothing which is clear gender discrimination against men....Read More

E// has good projects in terms of learning and exposure but political environment doesnt allow people to grow and feel mmotivated.
Diversity candidates have to face lot of challenges in term of growth or getting appreciated. There is no visibility for them as there is lobby created at leadership level and only closed ones are given opportunities to rise. Full of politics and very bad leadership which doesnt give resources to take initiatives as they are not appreciated for same. Lot of Red Tape.
