In Ericsson most of the projects will be related to non technical and support domain,mine is one of them. So it will be difficult to settle in interesting domain

We get plenty of time to self study. We work in shifts and we get paid to be awake in shifts. Am in operations. It's 24 by 7.

Shifts - Am trying to get Job internally by applying - nothing happens, Managers are not loyal to you - they just see their own, they don't care.
