I like most in Ericsson is the system of work is very excellent. All works are managing with good system. It is also a very important that is management teams are very much supportive hence employee can get work satisfaction. I have worked in 5 other organizations' but Ericsson is best.
Salary increment is the main issue which discourage to an employee and sometimes employee decides to skip to another organization due to the less salary. Providing Medical facility to an employee is also to be improved.
