Learning opportunities are vast, but you need to find time for the same. There are some great people ready to help you.
Dislikes
Appraisals are a scam. They don't give you proper hikes. Also, career growth is very poor. Unless you put 150%, you cannot expect anything in terms of a good career growth. Even then people fail.
