There is nothing to like about working at Ericsson
The management in Ericsson sucks, basically this is not in Ericsson this is everywhere if you are working in Service based company, but Ericsson is a telecommunication company and future of telecommunication is Dim and this company is running in a cost cutting mode. If the requirement of project is of 10 resources then they will hire only 6 resource and slog them and pay them below average salary.

Attrition chances are less. Good diversified culture. No one questions about how much time is put daily to work. If you finish your work and log off you are not questionable.
If some one is less ambitions and want to live a linear life, then ericsson is good.Line manager is concerned about his own KPI, wont bother about individuals aspiration.
