If you are giving interview here, beware of the recruiter Garima, she is as equal to a useless person. She doest know what type of question to be asked from Candidates nor she know the Job role she is hiring. Once the interview is done she will not respond to your calls or give you any update. Not matter how mnay day you wait therewon’t be any response or feedback. If you are getting a call from her better disconnect the call because she doesn’t value your time. First of all os Job Security. There is nothing like that. Whenever they don't get enough project, they will throw you out with just 20-25 days of notice period. I also faced this issue here. My Manager ANURUDDHA KOLEY is very rude in behaviour didn't speak in a polite manner for once in the job period. The work environment is very poor which I faced. You'll feel like used like a pen. Ericsson is good work place for people who are interested in exploring telecom services. Employee benefits are quite good which includes WIFI reimbursement, Free cab shuttle facility, subsidised meals. Career growth depends totally upon Manager and domain profitability. Work life balance is subject to project requirements and client timezone

Some domains have quite high micro management. Therefore, please set your boundaries and do not over dedicate yourself in the job.
